Summer Marks Reporting – EDX Graduation Data Submission

A new guide to reporting summer markshttps://blog.gov.bc.ca/app/uploads/sites/808/2026/03/GRADDataSubmissionGuide_SummerReportingPeriod.pdf is available on the GRAD Information websitehttps://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/administration/program-management/assessment/graduation/grad-info. The summer marks reporting process runs from the end of July through September; however, with the launch of EDX Graduation, there are changes to the process to consider ahead of time. For example, schools that use spreadsheets for their submissions should become familiar with the updated Excel submission templatehttps://blog.gov.bc.ca/app/uploads/sites/808/2026/03/EDX_SummerReportingTemplate2026.xlsx (opens from Downloads).

Schools and districts with questions may email GRAD.Support@gov.bc.camailto:GRAD.Support@gov.bc.ca.
