UPDATE: Graduation Document Distribution (Certificates and Transcripts)

Further to the July 28th DM Bulletinhttps://blog.gov.bc.ca/ecc-dm-bulletin/article/june-2023-graduation-assessment-results-student-transcripts-and-dogwood-certificates/, all final transcripts (or transcript data) have been delivered to Post-Secondary Institutions (PSIs), where pre-authorized by students in the StudentTranscripts Servicehttps://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates.
Summary:
- 22 B.C. PSIs, 23 Alberta universities and colleges, and the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) were able to access all final marks electronically as of July 26
- 6 B.C. PSIs, and the University of Alberta were sent final marks through the batch electronic data transfer on July 26, and are being sent weekly updates until early September
- All other PSIs received paper transcripts, which were printed and mailed by August 1
Graduates can also order a copy of their certificates and place ad hoc transcript orders any time via the StudentTranscripts Servicehttps://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates.
Packages containing certificates and school copies of official transcripts are being shipped and should start arriving within the next couple of weeks. Public school packages are sent to district offices, and independent school packages are delivered directly to the school.
